Customer Scorecard

Client: Globant, The National Basketball Association (NBA)

We partnered with our friends at Globant to design and build a proof-of-concept for the NBA’s “customer scorecard” dashboard, showcasing various fan engagement metrics such as ticket and merchandise sales over time and in different markets worldwide. The dashboard allows for easy comparison of revenue numbers as well as number of customers broken down by categories and domains.
